Outbound delivery uses SMTP2GO shared infrastructure. A brand scopes your data and permissions; it does not include a dedicated provider account or IP address.

Sending volume pays for the service.

Plans cover the API, templates, drafts, inbox interface, delivery events, suppression checks and domain management. Beyond the included volume, the published overage is $0.15 per 1,000 emails.

Receiving uses its existing transport and storage independently of SMTP2GO. Domain verification and incoming MX records are separate setup steps.

The Free plan can never spend money — it stops at its allowance instead of billing, because a free plan that can silently spend is a free plan that gets abused. Paid plans meter overage at the one published rate, and a hard monthly cap is yours to set: we refuse sends past it rather than surprise you.
